Welcome to 7th Grade Science! In 7th grade science this year, we will focus on two types of science: life science and physical science. We’ll start the year with life science where we will learn about living things on the macroscopics level (what we can see) and the microscopic level (what we need elp seeing) and their interactions with eachother and the environment. We will finish the year with physical science where we will learn about the “stuff” around us and how it moves and changes on a macroscopic and microscopic level. This course will incorporate laboratory investigations which include the use of scientific inquiry, research, measurement, and problem solving.
